These terms govern use of X-Tools, including its browser extension, website, and any official membership features.
Use of X-Tools
You may use X-Tools only in compliance with applicable law and the terms that govern the services you access, including X. You are responsible for your use of the extension and for content you generate, send, or publish with its tools.
Third-party services
X-Tools interacts with X only through your signed-in browser session. Optional AI providers and payment or license services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services or availability.
Membership
Paid features, if offered, are subject to the price and billing period shown at checkout. Membership access is tied to a valid license and may be changed, suspended, or ended to prevent fraud, comply with law, or maintain the service. Consumer rights that cannot be waived by law are unaffected.
计费与退款
会员通过 Waffo 支付渠道按月付 / 年付订阅计费，价格以定价页公示为准。你可随时在 Waffo 用户门户取消自动续费，取消后服务持续至当期结束；已完成支付的当期费用原则上不予退款，但法律强制规定或我们书面同意的除外。续费失败超过宽限期将降级为免费版，本地数据不受影响。
No warranty
X-Tools is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change and results, including velocity estimates and AI drafts, may be incomplete or inaccurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, X-Tools and its maintainers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
违约责任
若你违反本条款或《AIGC 使用规范》，我们有权警告、限制功能、中止或终止服务；因你的违规行为给第三方或我们造成损失的，你应承担相应赔偿责任。
AI 生成功能另受 AIGC 使用规范 约束，其中包含底层模型披露。
